McDonald's in Velbert

MC Donalds in Velbert can unfortunately not process the orders correctly. There is a lack of citizens, soups and complete menus. The waitresses are mostly unfriendly.

As is often the case in Velbert, wrong things were once again delivered to mc drive, and complete menus were also forgotten (21.01.2021). Unfortunately, this happens very often there. If you ask the staff about it, they seem very annoyed and unfriendly to customers. This has never happened in other mc Donalds Fialien. Therefore I advise you to use other mc drive switches.

Even in the current situation, at least when I placed my order, I was still friendly and quick 👍

It's amazing that this MC Donalds and the one in Steele have the same owner, but everything is always in perfect order here.

Nice McDonalds. Nice personel. Despite Corona, you can also order in the restaurant, but only to take away. Alternatively, it is also possible to order via Drivein. Unfortunately, most of the parking spaces are currently closed, so it is sometimes difficult to find a parking space.

Super friendly staff and super helpful with bulk orders. A real big thank you.

Friendly, nice staff, clean toilets ...

Often the food is only lukewarm, at Mac drive, ordered burgers are forgotten. When you get home, a third is missing. Many burgers totally dry, hardly any sauce on them. All in all not pleasant

Mac Donalds holds. I haven't eaten there for a long time. However, my grandchildren wanted something from there and they were satisfied

A friendly and brisk team. The good quality of food and drinks, as usual from McDonald's. Recommendable!

You just have to check everything 3 times, that's how often products are forgotten. Thanks for nothing.

In my experience this is one of the best McDonalds in terms of quality. The burgers and fries are always fresh and hot. Unfortunately, relatively few vegetarian products are offered, especially with a view to burgers.

Pretty much like any other McDonald's. Modern, unhealthy and tasty food and friendly staff.

Important information for vegetarians / vegans: McDonalds in Velbert basically ignores all change requests. It has happened quite often that I have ordered the McMuffin Bacon & Egg without bacon, as there was no vegetarian alternative, and they always put bacon on it, even after returning it. Today I ordered the McMuffin Avocado & Egg and they put bacon on it, even though they didn't talk about bacon for a second. You have to check every burger upon receipt! Receipt is also not given, so that you could prove that you made a mistake and the employees at McDrive are always unfriendly.

More staff than customers and still or because of it a huge mess. The numbers of current orders are not updated and wrong numbers are also called out. Long wait. 1 star for that the order was correct and because I cannot give zero

Really really good. Freshly prepared. I was accidentally forgotten there, so I had to wait longer. But this was immediately made up for. :-) Really very nice employees.

Decent McD with many places to sit.. there is also a playground for the kids..

Good atmosphere.

I had an appetite for the special french fries. Thin and crispy. When they are freshly baked! Since we were eating in the restaurant, I had to enter my address at the entrance. The young man at the entrance was very nice and brought us to our table after ordering and paying via the screen. Only every second table is occupied. I could see a service worker cleaning up permanently. The food was fresh, the staff friendly, the restaurant clean and it came shortly after we ordered. You cannot enter the restaurant without a mask. You can then remove the mask in the restaurant.

Love it

A small older type store. There are no self service terminals. There are no charging points for phone or laptop. They also do not take Visa or MasterCard, only cash. The server said they do not work on their terminals. Not good enough. The WiFi is free but very slow. So slow it's really annoying and could not update our apps. The WiFi on my wife's phone kept dropping. If you give free WiFi make sure it works. In fairness this seems to be the way in Germany. Take note from Spain and France where it possible to update your apps with very fast WiFi. One good thing the toilets were clean.
